We discussed and came up with the following:

Process for Bugs, Features, Improvements

  • starts in open state
  • developer sets to "in work" (should change to "in progress")
  • developer sets to "in review" (and possibly sets resolution).....or directly to resolved
  • reviewer sets to resolved (or reopened)
  • developer sets to closed after merge (and ensures resolution is set correctly)
